The players - prizes from contests, should not be random (you know, between 6*-9*) but with a quality + 1* from the avg quality of the team (highest quality 11th squad).

Or at least if the GK takes a corner and a dead ball situation doesn't arise the opposition score from a counter attack. Sounds fair to me.

Great idea. If this is possible- selling our youths that we don't need to 1/2 lower level clubs for tokens. Every player leaves the club after 21 yo old.
