    That's the Valet parking level - you'll have to find a Valet (on the ground floor) to move the car that they've boxed yours in with... :)

    ...but then you'll have to build each level twice as tall, so no depth saved there... Who says the parking levels have to keep to the footprint of the building? Perhaps the underground levels...
