@LG The game in the first 1-2 levels really sucks (I mean about t.m.) Don't try to find some logic there. Just try to build a 5* team and do whatever best you can, so to pass to LV3 and higher....

When they are on 18%, 38% etc be careful to train them slowly so you can start the SA/new position as soon as they hit 19%, 39%, etc. This will give you a buffer in case they receive skill point...
