Well if you're using 4-5-1 V-style then I'd use these orders: Defensive mentality, Passing down both flanks, own half pressing, hard tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking and force counter attacks....

It's effectively a 4-4-1-1 with an AML instead of an ML, so 4-5-1 V-style should work well against it.

I think that's because once the teams in that CL are decided the group draws are random, like cup draws are.
