Exactly, it's a game, there's clearly an element of chance built in to the game engine (presumably to simulate "real life"). Get over it and move on to the next game

I'm not sure how much this will help unfortunately. The developer options change with each version of Android and I doubt many people are still on 7. On Android 9 (Pie) that option you're talking...

Add a new system of SAs, based in add +2 levels per SA -so, 40 Cones level1, 40 cones level 2, and 40 level 3- Always "reachable" with 2 conditions, 1- Only available for Academy players....
