I've had a keeper get an ACL tear 5 mins into a match, and the opponent scored twice before I could bring on a substitute, not very fair is it?! :P

Youth academy is only really 'pointless' in the lower levels. As you get more experienced in training your players, you'll realize that youth players, once trained are far better value for tokens...

Are you using the 'focus passing through the middle' order? I play 4-5-1V down the flanks, and my 7* MC's constantly get 5/6 ratings as they don't get involved much.
