Try to balance like this. If u have +5% on the last home match go +1 but if u have +3% go -1.

Best tactic?? For me best tactic is first to get to a level that stars are not dropping (need 3 more lvl to reach that). Then i can play with real tactic. For now i just need the league promotion :D
