I got 3, But I would of got some injuries with training, plus I get greens and a few reds for friendlies so it trades off injuries a bit.

I started as soon as I bought these 2 players, since I knew already who to PT and what to train I got straight to business, I've also played 18 friendlies against alt accounts to speed things up...

depends in your opponent. 4-4-2 it's pretty strong formation but if your opponent is much stronger than you with an AMC AML or AMR it will be pretty hard to get what you want. i suggest 4-4-2 Red...
