I would rate it an 8 as it gives active players an edge. And at a cost of 6.75 condition per player. It isnt much if i can really see a difference against strong inactive teams.

Yup i too train only reserves and will continue doing so except against tough opponents. Like if we have an inactive strong opponent. We can have another added advantage now. I doubt inactive players...
