Also make it more than 2 players. We deserve like 5-10 players and all of them priced less tha 5T Max. Academy only awards us players per 12-24 days so we should be rewarded after our patience

as i said before something must be done with the youngsters 18-20 with 3 positions and SA.

Imo no. Sometimes it feels like it. But the game just gets harder as you level up. The beginning is always easy because of many bot teams and inactive people.
Later you get +1 or +2 Cup and CL draws...

I've had periods where I've paid for tokens, then for a while not paid and let my team(s) coast. The good and bad results have broadly been the same.
