Well I'm getting 1 to 5 then it cuts out. Not instantly greyed out just looping then grey. Or even blue looping gets stuck. Log out back in and no blue button anymore. Fact I can get via v6.2...

Like many I have had issues with videos. Some of those tricks worked for me for a while but even they don't work now (+ condition etc to help blue button return).
Also tried v6.2...
