I never noticed a real change in performance/morale. When you win, you will never know if you would have won without bonus, and if you lose you will never know if you would have won by giving a bonus.

yes, that's the new system .
I had a player to sell and took me 10-15 (X 4min) times to sell, so it's about one hour of my life to sell a T11 player :rolleyes:
