Does the win bonus have any effect on how well your team plays? Im really not sure

If your team lost and in your after-match report you read "Player X was not motivated enough", it probably means that your opponent has promised a generous win bonus to his players.

I lost my first SL game 3-2. Gave my players 4milion win bonus for the return match just won 6-0. Try it especially during critical matches.

I never noticed a real change in performance/morale. When you win, you will never know if you would have won without bonus, and if you lose you will never know if you would have won by giving a bonus.
