your lucky i was getting level above in Champions league and there are 27+ level`s as i`m level 20 and not promoted for 7 seasons so know at least 7 levels above

yes unsigned players will carry over to next season as long as he has the right amount of days before the start of next season only thing is if he is say 4 star his star will still go down 1 star ...
