There is no way to do that at this time. However, this last Season some Teams were moved, and there might be more moved yet, but not by request, sorry to say.

As Becks says 23m +/- at future level 8, 25m or so for top token Academy players. PS At lvl 9 my highest value player has been 30m+ but not done much TM lurking this season.

It's not confirmed by Nordeus, but it is possible that there are some hidden player attributes, like adaptability, consistency or injury proneness...
