I used to keep a 22 squad, now I have as short a team as possible on my no money teams, and on my main, I keep only 1 GK so I can sign and sell youths.. I think the low T ones are even worth selling...

Dribbler is worth very little, imo the 2nd worst SA. So i wouldn't add any value for it. I'd get the 19 assuming he's a faster trainer.

Sorry maybe I am foolish and mis- interpret what skill points means. If this means 10/15 of an average quality points, the difference is not large. But I still tend to sign the younger player.
