no, like in the real CL, the goals in extra time don't count as double. If in the extra you and the other scored = draw, so sure u lost on penalties.

Your stadium is probably located 60000 feet above sea level which makes footballing conditions a bit harsh. Have you considered moving your stadium nearer to the city?

They can. Each successive bid is higher than the previous bid, so if they bid after you they win the round - but not the auction. You then just have to bid in the next round, not the current round....
