I usually play 4-4-2 against that formation. Did it today funnily enough against a stronger team and won 3-1 away from home.

He wasn't 'power trained' as such. Took him up to 7 * when I first bought him by using around 40 'greens' (got from watching adverts) and haven't done anything else since apart from normal training...
