i purchased the 399T pack...biggest mistake i've made in this game. it's EXTREMELY MUCH for 3 - 104% players and 1 - 124% player. (and one of the 104% players has no ability). with 400T i buy 6 scout...

Try him for a few matches.
Does he score freekicks regularly?
If yes, would be worth having him just for that.
Else, you can try keeping him for a few seasons as a rotation player and then sell.
