Is this rating directly related to performance or attempt on the pitch only ie a GK with nothing to do will get a low rating and a GK who concedes 5 goals may or may not get...

upgrade seats first, then upgrade stadium. Same cost, same length of time, but you get to take advantage on increased tickets sales after each seat upgrade.
