Fair comment. Team's could be grouped with a 10% variance in quality so all the 160+ tankers would be grouped together.

Any manager worth their salt will see your 180+ player and recognise straight away the potential danger. As you say, the visual aspect is absent but not a big thing in my opinion.

It isn't a bug. It is still possible to add attributes to a maxed put player via other means such as Special Sponsor and Boost Lab. You just cannot train them via training.

The Assistant Manager is really not to be taken seriously. I think that those messages are random because you cannot get much more motivation than having all your team maxed out on morale and bonuses.
