Arrows make player go 1 square forward or backward... I really don't see the point putting reds on strikers... What will they do hug the opponent's goalkeeper? Same for defence why put blue he will...

The more playing around with arrows I do the less I want to use them without great thought and reason. I have no evidence (who does) but I find arrows can break a teams prospects as much as it can...

I think man marking is ok if u have very strong defender, compared to his attacker, but problem is once the attacker gets rid of ur deffender then u should have a good goalie as it's a one and one...

Just an experiment to try to see if there is anything different I can see between Zonal and man marking.....don't care if they win lose or draw. I'd rather make mistakes on these teams than my main...

Yes u can, actually i usually offer much more money for the player i want. So better chance to get them, even they might be way overpaid.
