I agree and I do pretty much the same, at least for offensive guys who also get a lot of MOTM. But you can keep them even longer. 22-25 is the same training speed, so you could basically train them...

I can actually beat this with a 118 goal season from my second team AML when he was 23 years old. It was 3 seasons ago, he is now 26. 123949

I know the feeling. For me they were overall the best formations, I tried many. I also only have 11 strong players, so can't do much switching unless someone got red card, then weak player comes in....

For me it makes no difference really. People try to figure something out but it's nonsense. I rarely attend and I have no problems with it. If I really have time, I attend.

To get from rare countries, you know better than me. :D But tbh it is a problem. I can see that the system is ok in lower levels, because you also get a good amount of money from buying the token...

I know what you mean, you can only use them if you are very lucky or try very hard to make them fit in your squad. That's why I think it needs an overhaul, maybe that you can select one of 3 talents...
