Anyways, hard tackling by itself does not cause injuries... I've seldom hurt an opponent while playing hard...

but that is 1st point, add to that many abandoned managers tend to set tackle to hard...

1- avoid playing best players against abandoned sides they tend to be angry and aggressive
2- there are special days in calendar set to cause max injuries during training.. avoid training those...

yepp happened to me once... in penalties too .. my friend was cheering for me .. I lost, so thanked him for his support, but he told me why you answering and you said you lost ? penalties were not...

what part of illegal formation get 20% possession penalty you are not getting? whether 1 match or million one.. you will be penalized with 20% at every single match till you change it to a legal one

In plain English - once you play an illegal formation in a match you are automatically penalised and "awarded" only 20% possession.
Illegal formation = 20% possession. No negotiations.
