condition morale and injury stay the same, the statistics are restarted, you will know the match time if you log in just after the daily maintenance. I don't think he will be in the CL next season...

it works really well if you're the stronger team and you're gonna play with an attacking mentality and press the whole pitch. I don't tend to use it while playing a back 4 though, i save it for back...
