   As i have said... For manager above lvl 10, they shud just make the league and cup similar to assoc game... 10 lvl can meet lvl 50, but with stars tat count only, just like assoc... So top lvl wont...

   Very possible... I was doing it... But get bored at the end... U will lose the sense of competing when u are 180s and the strongest competitor in ur league or cup is 110s... Ruin the assoc draw...
