Same eleven may work in cricket, but not in football, according to me. I try to rotate my squad (injures permit), but sometimes don't bench in form guys (say 10-9 in last 2 games). Reduces injury...

Form is king. Go to form tab in squad and check their form. Add the 5 values and if it's less than 35 (7 per game) then bench him. I play my 1* AML because he's in form... even showed 9-8-9-7-7 once.
