   you wont beat him using that formation unless you press high and you have a Q advantage. Or go defensive/long/middle and shift into a 4-3-3.

    They matter more at higher levels, i didn't even build an academy until level 2. The youth 15T and above are usually good trainers.

    Yeah i only have one player over 23 on my main squad and he was my first ever high value Nordgen and also my current captain. My player age average currently is 20.3. He might just be a transfer hawk...
