In my collection Moldova, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, San Tome and Principe, Uzbekistan, Cook Islands and Zambia all strike me as a bit rare.

Switch your ST and GK, that usually works for me when I want to tank. It means less morale loss for the others.. But if they are really bad teams it might be tough....

Pretty much since they did that fix there have been a few complaints only, where before it was hundreds.
Most are happy with it now, and it isn't likely to be changed soon.

Sounds like you're going the way I do, buy youngsters and train & keep them as long as you can. In a level or two your facility will start producing Youths, the ones that cost Tokens tend to be fast...
