TRUE, for the last 2 seasons I was winning like crazy over higher level and better quality teams, this made no sense at all and there was no good explanation for this. My team is of less than average...

As Cat said, if your teamquality is superb, you will get promoted to leagues where you'll be facing really strong opponents. I take it easy and buy 4 or 5 stars players just to replace the 3 stars...

With each new season as you get promoted your players lose one star. But their level (expressed in numbers) stays the same. Don't worry, it's normal.
