Heal the long injuries right away because it uses the same amount of red packs as if it was a 5 day injury. So for me it doesnt matter how long the injuries are, if they are more then 5 days it is...

About stronger teams losing to weaker ones, I noticed it almost 3 seasons ago.
I am a proud manager of a low quality team, and for the two previous seasons I was beating stronger teams like crazy....
