1- The average of that player, can't be 10 because probably he have more matches played. 2- If isn't the case, that Top needs a min. of matches played, you can't see actually when we'r at season...

Why don't have a particular SA keeping the XP win higher for all players, but what if we could notice this increase in the +23 aged players...? so... the SA could add a +50% XP win in 18-22 aged...
