They are not double the team logo is diferent, he just have multiple accounts and use them to have maximum bonus possession. You can say he is cheating.

Like Siddharth said, you probably Will be playing a level 5 or 6 CUP, but level 3 is still a easy one, maximum you Will have 1 or 2 teams with similar quality.
