   You get a star everytime you reach level x5 or x0. Like going from 74 to 75 or 79 to 80. You can't place a player on the negotiation list, but he will be placed there, when he only needs 1 skill...

   I ended up going with a 3W-1-4-1-1 The thought was to outnumber him in the midfield and i succeeded. Won the game 6-0. He got a red card after 37 min., so that of course, did also help.
