   I have yet to see morale actually go UP. I have always seen it go down and I used to have the win bonus at max. It may only go down a little but it goes down.

   I just checked the teams of the league of a friend , similar level as you. Half of the teams are abandoned , with players out of position. It's normal even for a 2 stars player to score for fun...
