No, thats not possible. The only way to change server is to create a new facebook account before adding any friends or add the friends you desire be the same server on but that means starting over.

happened to me too, I'm currently 1st in my league the 2nd place beat the guy 10-0. I might lose the league eventually because of goal difference of this game.
