I’ve played against opponent and won 6.0 but am not able to claim my 3 rest packs and can’t move forward in the event

fix not working for me
restarted the game and logged in/out. still only view possible!

does anyone know if you are able to give this reward to a player that is not a ST but only AMC?

Im having the same issue. only gave a 3.2x Coach.

unfortunately in pevious experiences no reply is expected within 48 to 72hours

@SausyFC. the fix did not work as im still not able to claim for 50 points. due to this im also not able yet to claim checkpoint 13 which would recover my condition faster.

i have the same issue and reported this also. of course without feedback...

im having the same issue...completed the new role and did not get tolhe "50" points...due to this im also not able to claim my premium reward of 20% faster recovery time after trainings...
