On my server there is at least one lvl 30, im only lvl 27 myself. He have been lvl 30 for a half a year+ , got almost 40 raiting avg less than me and play in club lvl 24. There is also some lvl 28`s...

I got the same problem, i guess we are both on the top of our server`s.

Had this player from 18 years old, he was 24 when i got him to 9 first time. And today its day 23 of season.

Look at one of my post on page 27, i clearly said a couple 100 Norwegian Kroner. So can`t say i have done anyting wrong here. You got a problem with my way of playing this game?

The way i give my players SA, is give em a couple test matches. Watch the commentary, and see what they are doing.

From there i go with what they are doing, Defender heading alot = Airal....
