It's not so difficult, if we have it on association matches then its possible for the rest also, but in more improved version.

There is should be more specific and personal scouts which you can destinate to find better players in positions you want. To find notable players is a problem in that game.

For whole season develop 4 players in youth academy isn't enough, should be at least 6.
