ppffff i found 10-20 posts like this one and everywhere your answer is the same. I found the main one (the one you're talking bout), it's cr8 long time ago (when i guess there were lack of users )...

Great idea, 20 should be perfect.

There should be some reward for the top scorer and the player who have top assists.
Ex. for the top scorer reward can be one point up for each field in attack section, for top passer one point in...
