If I look att my squads "Stats & skills" I see MP = Matches played. YC = Yellow cards. RC = Red cards and so on ... but what does CM and CG stand for?

I´m at level 15. I´ve powertrained a couple of players. Every time that I have assigned skill points the players value have increased.
