Any suggestions from the users of 4-3-3 formation?

orders?

I have played with 3-2-2-2-1 WM formation for 4 seasons and 3 times champion but on lvl 4 I only finished 3rd.
Anyone would like to share their best formations and orders?

I would play 4-5-1 V style with red arrows on aml/amr and attack down the flanks

In the first match, I only got a 1-1 draw against a team a bit weaker and then I face a very bad team with low quality and all players out of position (his GK is a center forward) and I only won 4-0....
