btw his average is only 1 below me.. but he 2 levels above me so he have like 3 realy strong players :S

yesterday i played 4-5-1 V style against 4-4-1-1 and won 2-0.
he is pretty weak so maybe there are better formations...

he didnt even showed up for the game :S
he have weak and defensive subs so i dont think he will change the formation.

i played the first game with 3-5-2 V style and with this orders:
attacking...

I lost 4-2.
the second game is in two days.
what should i change?
what orders should i choose?

well.. is there a way to know if he motivates the players?
