Just a suggestion indeed, but insteed of a whole line of text you can make points/numbers in the order players have to handle.
For example:
1: place on the forum if you want to compete
2: buy yoursef in to the contest by using.........
3: Now you have to do .........
4: Then you must do ..........
That's what I mean with step-by-step.
