report hacker

Can i know how to report hacker to GM?? recently i lost to a hacker which he has all scout and world class quality player~ look at picture below~ i have no idea how to report him...mine and his level are same ~

get tokens with ur real money, buy players from scout

and then ull be a hacker too like ur opponent!
