Guess and Conquer -Period I- Round I, II and III - Open for register

PERIOD I
Let's start with 1 "period" of this game, that will consist in conquer countries of a map, each period will last after 2 weeks, with 3 rounds been played inside this period, and the difference between the World Cup is that no one is eliminated, so everybody can sum points during the 3 "campaigns of conquest" that will be played inside every period.
First of all, every participant will represent one empire of a actual country or based in a historic empire.
Then, in each "campaign" or round of conquest, I will suggest 3 countries -for now- to be conquered.
You will sum points per results cached, and lands conquered.
And, every attack to conquer 1 country, will need 2 rounds;
-one, to put the troops in the land
-a second, to decide who wins the land or in case of "draw" the land for now will be divided, and the points for winning it too.
During these 15 days, 3 campaigns, we will have 3 rounds, to do a 1st attack and put the troops in each country I will suggest, and those who catch at least 1 score, in the next campaign, that will be a fight for 3 new countries, will play a extra match to determine who owns the territory.
Ex:
CAMPAIGN I: Fight for Andorra, Faroe Islands and Malta.
Match1 (FC Santa Coloma - Sant Julià) -fight for Andorra
2-0, 4-0, 2-2, 4-2 (your results like this, 4 options now, maybe 5 in a future)
Match 2... Fight for Faroe Islands
the same
Match 3 -fight for Malta
etc
You will have 4 attempts for now (I want to emulate a dices throw but with real scores, so..)
If you catch 1 score, in this round you will go to a 2nd with all those who too had a score (unless theres only 1 winner)
CAMPAIGN II: Fight for X,Y and Z

HOW TO DETERMINE WHO WINS A TERRITORY?
-I will do a "average" giving points, depending if you catched a score 1st, 2nd, 3 or 4 place (5th if you dont catch it in the 2nd attack)
and I will sum 1,2,3,4 or, 5 points (5 in case of fail in da 2nd round)
The Emperor with a lower average, will win the country and its points.
In case of draw, like 1+3 vs 2+2 the one who catched in first place a score will have advantage. If its a "empiric draw, shared territory" **
Then in the case to have a 1+4 and 2+2 for example the 2+2 will win the territory.
POINTING SYSTEM: (AFTER 3 CAMPAIGNS, = 1 PERIOD, THE ONE WITH + POINTS WILL HAVE 30TOKENS PRIZE.
Then the points will be restarted from 0.
40, 30, 20, 10 POINTS IF A SCORE IS CATCHED IN 1ST-4TH PLACE.
LAND WON ARE 75 POINTS, if is shared between 2,3,4... 37.50, 25 ....

Yep I should try to use matches from the own leagues of the countries that gonna be conquered...lol
