Never seen this formation before,but the kiddo isn't loosing a match!!how would you counter that?i thought about a 3N-4-1-2,with some heavy attacking mentality...any suggestion?

use a strong left back and left winger to attack his left side. His left back is his weakest point.
originally i would have thought of a 3N-4-1-2,with ML and MR red arrowed..but you made me think a little bit different...my only ML/AML sucks,glad i have a good AMR/AMC so i can try both flanks.Here's the thing:

go with 4-4-2: Attacking mentality, mixed passing, mixed focus, normal tackling, zonal. No counters and No offside. won with 4-0 last night ...
i swear i hate the 4-4-2...maybe i lost too many matches using it...or maybe it's just the lame shape which i can't stand at...but this time i wanna try it again...and follow your sugguestion,it's time to go over prejudice!! ty for reply!!
try with 4-2MC-2Winger with arrow up-2. post the result ya.
i couldn't resist and take my own decision to try this formation,i couldn't even attend the whole match...i was busy.i can say i've been lucky!!no substiutution and red arrow on my ML,MR,AMC. 2-1 now i can breathe,he's 2nd 9 pts after me in the league...he won't catch me never ever!! LOL
