4-4-2 vs 4-3-2-1

Hello peeps, i was researching and it says 4-3-2-1 ( its seem to be called 4-5-1 v-style) countering mine 4-4-2.

Im new and im playing 4-4-2 with ML and MR red arrows ( forward ). Am I good with this if he is 14star and i am 21star ? I really need this win to get in new league next season. Thanks
