Match entirely missing and association result miscalculated as a consequence

It appears that you have no plan for what happens if an association match-up ends in a true tie. Or rather, you do but then it just gets voided.

Going into yesterday's second leg, my association (Alt A) were 7-10 down to our opponents (Kalimero) with a -2 goal difference (9-11). The final result of the second leg was my match that I won 4-0 with an 89th minute goal to leave the final total as 16-16 with a 0 goal difference (18-18).

My game then went to extra time, and then a penalty shoot-out which I won 4-2 (with the opposition's goalkeeper missing their final penalty). So that means we won doesn't it? It certainly doesn't mean that we lost.


Only that's not what's happened. I don't have a match report for the game - it simply doesn't exist on the system anymore. I haven't been awarded the prizes for winning. Or for watching. Or for making a substitution. Basically, it's like the match never happened. Only a result has appeared from nowhere this morning: 0-0.

So even though we won, you're saying that we lost. So we're in the 3rd-4th play-off when we should be playing for 1st-2nd, and we've lost out on the prizes that we should be guaranteed for 2nd place and the points we need to try to be promoted.

You really need to report this to Support. It’s a well known bug. You won’t get reinstated but you should get tokens as compensation which still doesn’t compensate for the bonus points you would have had I know.

This bug has been reported so many times... We never had an asso tie ending up in pens shoot out, but when it's the case and if I get it well, we better pray that we are going to the LOSE on pens in order to WIN the tie. Am I right or is it completely random ?

I guess that's because all the posts with complaining/reporting, is from teams and managers who should have win - lol
