Hello guys, I'm new on this forum and until now I played T11 as casual, no big deal, but now I have more free time and I'd like to be more into it.

So I would like to know how should I train my players so when the next season comes stay with the same number of stars (I know they are losing one, that's why I'm asking how should I train them during the season so they can achieve fast one more star so the next season they remain with the same nr of stars they had when I got him for the 1st time).

And I've heard something about having like 2 or 3 players with 1 or 2 stars in the team so you get lower opponents, it's that true?
